BRITTANY JUSTICE

Advocate, Project Manager

Brittany Justice found her way to Raindrops Rising through family connections, but her work is rooted in something much deeper: lived experience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping others find hope after trauma. Brittany is a survivor of childhood trauma, specifically Munchausen syndrome; as well as a survivor of sexual violence and a recovering addict. She brings her personal experiences and hard-earned strength to her work, using her story to help others feel less alone and more empowered to move forward.

Brittany’s motivation for joining the foundation comes from a simple but powerful belief: if sharing her story can help even one person, then it is worth it. After everything she has endured, she never imagined that she would one day find herself in a position to help others who are walking through similar experiences. Today, she sees that opportunity as a privilege and is committed to growing, learning, and becoming better at this work every day. Brittany holds a steadfast dedication to turning her experiences into purpose, raising awareness, and reminding survivors that their past does not have to define their future.

Brittany is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree, and when she isn’t working she can be found with close friends and family and her dog.
